The device is able to simultaneously monitor up to 4 devices with 120 parameters each, as well as analyze their status and send notifications to the monitoring devices called NMS for defined conditions.

The device has:

• Ethernet 10Mbit / s interface,
• RS232 serial interface configurable up to 230400 bps,
• RS485 serial interface configurable up to 230400 bps,
• 1-Wire interface for reading temperature measurements,
• 8 digital I / O ports,
• Green status LED indicating power on the device,
• Red status LED indicating activity on RS485 and RS232 interfaces,
• Button for returning to factory settings.

Additionally:

• WWW server enabling configuration, remote reset and viewing device status,
• SNMP server used to read the working conditions of monitored devices together with support for sending notifications to selected IP addresses of devices from the NMS Traps list. Restricting access to reading of measurements through the list of NMS addresses, including names of groups used for reading and writing,
• DHCP client,
• NBNS support,
• A mechanism for finding devices on the network with dynamic assignment of network settings. TCP ↔ Serial conversion server working interchangeably with an automatic device status monitor via Modbus RTU buses,
• TFTP server for remote firmware reloading
• ACL access control list for the web server and TCP ↔ Serial conversion server restricting access to the device only for selected IP addresses.
