PLA-RUP

PLA-RUP is a desktop USB RFID reader and progammer from the MIFARE® Classic, Plus, Ultralight, Ultralight C, DESFire EV1, ICODE® SLI, HID iCLASS (CSN only) family of cards and transponders operating at frequency of 13,56MHz.



Reader have also built-in MAD (MIFARE Application Directory) function and can program NFC cards and transponders that comply with ISO/IEC 14443 standard. The reader has a USB interface, composite device, CDC (serial port emulation) + HID (keyboard).

Reader has the following functionalities:

  • Supports RFID transponders from the MIFARE® Classic (S50, S70), Plus (S/X), UltraLight, UltraLight C, DESfire, DESFire EV1, ICODE® SLI, HID iCLASS (CSN only) family operating at 13,56MHz frequency,
  • USB interface (MicroUSB connector), composite device, CDC + HID (keyboard),
  • Built-in buzzer, two LEDs of any purpose and LED for power status,
  • Built-in reset button,
  • Full access to all MIFARE® card sectors at read and write level,
  • Built-in MAD (MIFARE® Application Directory),
  • Password protected data,
  • Software update via USB interface,
  • Programming NFC-compliant cards and tags conforming to ISO/IEC 14443 standard,
The reader does not include the MicroUSB connection cable
