Regardless of whether it is a modernized or new facility, no modern swimming pool or gym can do without easy-to-use and safe locker systems for its guests. An essential element is the so-called pool cabinet controller, which, together with dedicated software, is used to manage the system, including: to assign transponders to users and register access to cabinets.
The controller has an executive function and can work in online mode (connecting to the software via the Ethernet interface) or completely autonomously in offline mode. What should characterize a modern pool controller is its modular design, enabling expansion, if necessary, with additional relay outputs controlling electromagnetic locks in each of the cabinets.
There are different types of pool locker systems. The most popular are systems using RFID technology. In such systems, transponders are usually in the form of proximity cards or bracelets.
